Clerk of Course to exclude competitors not complying with Standing Regulation 17
General NewsCompetitors are reminded of Standing Regulation 17 which includes the statement: Yellow Flag - Waved : The Yellow Flag waved is a direct instruction to the rider to Slow Down and Prepare to stop, Overtaking is Forbidden Should a rider inadvertently gain a position (ie. A preceding rider slows at a faster rate), once it is safe to do so, (s)he should return to the original position and may raise his/her hand to indicate same.

As of forthwith, competitors reported as not complying with this standing regulation to the Clerk of Course may be excluded from the event.
